The Cristalla building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle on 2nd Avenue and Lenora Street. The 24-story mixed use building was built in 2004 and includes (191) residential units and (2) street level commercial spaces. TGI was awarded the work through a competitive bid process along with a post bid Owner interview.

The primary reason for the repairs related to continual leaks at the existing roofing systems. The roofing and waterproofing work was performed primarily at the 24th floor Sky Terrace areas, at the 23rd floor Private Penthouses, and at the 6th floor plaza area. The main scopes of work included complete removal and replacement of the existing concrete pedestal pavers, landscaping, and the entirety of the roofing systems. Also included was the installation of new metal wall claddings, new WP coatings at the 24th floor concrete eave, new sealants, new electrical/plumbing work for the roof top amenities, including the new dog run area.> Back to Multi-Family
