Consultant: J2 Building Consultants
Contract Value: $2,143,440
The contract was based on Time and Materials with a not to exceed budget limit. We were able to finish the project in June and able to come in under the NTE budget that included a significant amount of additional work. All in all, the project was a great success given the weather challenges and amount of work to complete in such a short period of time.
