The property consists of 26, 2 and 3-story multi unit buildings. Each of the multi unit buildings are wood framed and have a lap siding cladding system. TG was invited to provide a competitive bid for the first of what ended up being 3 phases of work, totaling 5 buildings in all. The repair scope was limited almost completely to the unit decks. The general scope for these locations was the removal of lap siding, WRB, sheathing, deck sheathing and wood framed guardrail walls. All decayed framing observed was also removed and replaced as needed. New exterior sheathing, flashing, WRB and urethane traffic/deck coating was then installed. The decks were then finished with a new hardie lap siding cladding system and aluminum picket guardrails.
