The Holiday Inn Seatac, later named the Crowne Plaza, is a full service hotel directly adjacent to Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. This 260 unit, twelve story building is a concrete structure with cast-in-place widow openings. TG was engaged by the Owner to assist with the development of the scope of work and budgetary pricing. The primary scope of work consisted of concrete spall and crack repair, re-caulking of the window to concrete sealant joints and a full repainting of the building, with a new multi-colored design.

Although the project started somewhat late in the Pacific NW summer weather window, the project was completed on-time and at budget. Working with the Hotel staff to accommodate access and noise challenges went very smoothly and the Hotel maintained a fully operational status at full capacity through out the project.> Back to Commercial
