Tatley-Grund was challenged with access in order to perform the work due to the post tension slab having weight limit restrictions. Access was made using a combination of fixed frame scaffolding, man-lifts, ladders and pump-jacks. The project was performed on budget with some value engineering decisions made by the HOA taking place. The tile wall square footage required a full wall waterproofing underlayment to be installed as a safety measure to ensure that the tiles would have bonding issues throughout the years. Overall the project was a huge success and the homeowners are very happy with the updated coatings and the new look of the building.> Back to Multi-Family
