The U.S. Bank Centre Building is currently the 8th tallest building in Seattle. This 44-story skyscraper takes up an entire city block in the heart of downtown Seattle and offers nearly 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail space. Tatley Grund (TG) was ultimately awarded the work based on our Washington State Labor and Industries Safety Experience Modification Factor of 0.6765, and the fact that TG was to self perform 100% of the sealant replacement work. This four-year project started in the summer of 2007 and was successfully completed in the summer of 2010.
