This project was for a high-end residence on the south side of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. Tatley Grund (TG) was originally contacted by the owner for a leak investigation. After the investigation, TG determined a scope of work within the owner’s budget, to repair their water intrusion issues and maintain the cosmetics of the existing home.

Contract Value: $180,000
The scope of work included repairs to the entire south-facing elevation and transitions to the adjacent elevation. This Included new windows, stucco, structural repairs, deck transitions, and interior finishes. Scaffolding and weather enclosure were required as this project was performed during the winter months as requested by the owner.
