Owner: Seabird Condominiums Owners Association
Architect: Evolution Architectures
Contract Details: 4 Months and $192,530.00 (performed as a Cost + Fee)
The Seabird Condominiums project was performed under budget on the Cost + Fee contract and ahead of schedule making the project an overall success for both the owners and Tatley-Grund. A challenge to the project was the footprint of the building itself. With the majority of work being performed on the backside of the building and away from the street access was limited to ladders and pump-jacks requiring additional thought to fall protections for workman safety.> Back to Multi-Family
