The U.S. Bancorp Tower, also known as the “Big Pink” is a 42-story, skyscraper in Portland, Oregon. It is the second tallest building in the Oregon and the largest in Oregon in terms of volume. In October (2019), the Big Pink was awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum certification for environmental sustainability by the U.S. Green Building Council.

This year (2019) repairs needed to be completed on the parapet roof walls and cap. Crews removing debris and transporting material to the top floor was a big challenge but was completed safely and efficient. Working with engineers and management, our team was able to restore and renew the integrity of the roof and the project was completed on time and without incident.
