The scope of work consisted of exterior building cleaning, inspection, painting of metal awnings, select sealant replacement, elastomeric coating and sealer application to precast concrete panels.

Contract Value: $563,000
Due to the configuration of this building, the access was very difficult. Work was primarily
performed from swing stages as well as bosun chair drops. In order to get the rigging
installed, some areas required tower scaffolding to be built on the 14th floor decks in order
to allow our beams to cantilever out enough to safely operate the swing stage. The project
was completed in the summer of 2016 and was a great achievement to the entire project team.
