Located along the shores of Juanita Bay, Rose Pointe is a four-story, 15-unit condominium community just blocks from Juanita Beach Park and Juanita Village in Kirkland, Washington.
Tatley-Grund completed a comprehensive exterior restoration of the occupied building. The project included full cladding replacement, new exterior windows and doors, structural repairs, and new deck coatings and walking surfaces. To support the extensive scope of work and protect the building throughout construction, the structure was fully scaffolded and encapsulated during repairs.
Tatley-Grund was selected through a negotiated contract with the Owners based on our experience and ability to manage specialized, multi-scope exterior restoration projects. The completed work addressed critical building components while delivering a refreshed exterior and a durable finished product designed to protect the Owners’ investment for years to come.
